Guangxi: Electric Insulation Coating Robot Debuts in Guangxi

       近日,广西供电公司员工应用带电绝缘涂覆机器人开展不停电作业,完成10千伏架空裸导线绝缘涂料涂覆作业。这是带电绝缘涂覆机器人在广西首次亮相。

  仅20分钟,仅20分钟便可完成约60米的三相线路的裸导线绝缘涂覆就完成了。绝缘涂料在金属导线表面有良好的附着力,30分钟即可表干,12小时后完全固化,形成防腐保护绝缘层。


       近年来,为了从源头消除触电隐患、压降线路故障跳闸次数,广西供电公司开展线路绝缘化改造专项行动,对存在触电隐患和跳闸风险的架空线路实施绝缘改造。线路完成绝缘化改造能降低人身触电风险,避免树木碰线等原因造成的故障停电,保障线路安全稳定运行,并从源头减少涉电公共安全事件发生。

  按照传统的更换导线的方案开展绝缘化作业,需要先对施工地段停电,将原裸导线拆除再换上绝缘导线,耗时3小时左右,不仅影响周边居民正常用电,还增加物资等方面投入。机器人带电绝缘涂覆可以在不停电情况下完成对架空裸导线快速、可靠的绝缘化改造,还能解决在一些关键区域传统作业施工难度大的问题。


       广西供电公司不停电作业项目负责人介绍:“此次操作如果采用更换导线的方式至少需要10名工作人员配合施工,现在只要3名带电作业人员配合悬挂机器人,另1个人在地面遥控机器人即可。”

  接下来,广西供电公司将在全市范围内应用带电绝缘涂覆机器人等不停电作业手段,对存在触电隐患和跳闸风险的架空裸导线开展绝缘化改造,提升电网安全稳定运行水平。
